A2 Ghee is made exclusively from milk containing the A2 beta-casein protein, naturally produced by indigenous
Zebu cow breeds such as the Gir cow. Unlike A1 protein found in hybrid breeds, A2 protein is inherently gentler on

The Fiviori Bilona process begins with fresh A2 milk, cultured overnight with a natural curd starter. The curd is then
hand-churned clockwise and anticlockwise in the early morning hours to separate pure white butter (makhan),
