Refund policy
We take great care to ensure every Fiviori product meets the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of food products, our return policy has specific guidelines.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- Product is expired or tampered with upon arrival
Returns are not accepted if:
- The seal is broken or packaging is opened
- The product has been used
- Customer changes their mind after delivery
Return Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5โ7 business days
Replacement Option
In eligible cases, customers may choose:
- Replacement of the same product, or
- Full refund
Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items purchased during clearance sales
